About The Harpers Ferry Outdoor Festival
Now in it’s 10th year!!
The Harpers Ferry Outdoor Festival is a yearly event held to raise money for river conservation, raise environmental awareness and have fun! Money raised through the event is used to help Friends of the Shenandoah River, Friends of the Cheat, Friends of the Blackwater, and the West Virginia Rivers Coalition. Admission to the festival is only $8.00 and is free to overnight guests of the KOA & anyone participating in the Tim Gavin Race or the Amateur Raft Race.
